Liquidations (Business)

Voluntary liquidation initiated by directors, shareholders, or creditors, and liquidation applications against debtors owing substantial sums. We advise on the process, manage applications and investigations where required, conduct formal enquiries when necessary, and assist with employee communications.

Sequestrations

Sequestration applications against individuals to place their estates under control of the Master and an appointed Trustee. We assist creditors with the application process and work with Trustees to recover assets for the benefit of our clients.

Voluntary Surrender Of Estate

A voluntary surrender application will be brought in the High Court, your estate will be declared insolvent, and you will be prohibited from incurring further debt. A contribution is payable to the appointed Trustee for the repurchase of movable assets for the benefit of creditors, and such funds will be securely held.

Rehabilitation Application

After sequestration or voluntary surrender, you may apply for rehabilitation to clear your name and make a fresh start, allowing you to rebuild your life and finance.

Conveyancing

We have a reliable and trustworthy network of correspondents and vendors, making it easy for us to attend to your property registration, regardless of where the property may be situated. We can therefore provide you with efficient, country-wide assistance.

Property Sales / Auction
